Stayed at The Osborne Hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne last night and had a great time. The atmosphere was pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I'm really happy with the stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend!

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. I stayed two nights, spending one in a double room and the other in a single, and both were clean and comfortable. One of the best value-for-money hotel stays I've had. Highly recommend.

My sister-in-law and I stayed here while a family member was a patient at Freemans Hospital. The owner and staff were kind and caring, and it felt like a home away from home during a stressful time. They truly care about their guests, which is rare these days. I'd definitely stay again.

I stayed for nearly a week with a friend, and the good service never let up. Our twin room was cosy, with a great en-suite bathroom, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I hadn't visited Newcastle before, but found the people very friendly and will definitely return. The cooked breakfast was fantastic, with a vegetarian option available without even asking. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was also very good value, with lovely, friendly staff who were happy to chat. My partner booked the hotel, and I might bring him along next time. A bus goes straight into town and back, and there's a metro station very close by. The city's transport is easy to use. Hotel staff were glad to advise us on transport and places to visit, and asked how our days out had gone. Cheers again x
