The location is really good, close to both universities, and the safety staff are all very nice. But I wouldn't extend my contract. We were misled by the estate agent, and I want future tenants to know about the procedures before deciding. You have to book a safety induction before moving in, and visiting friends can't enter that evening unless they've had one too. Maintenance visits are booked without a specific time, which can make it difficult to arrange the required induction.
