The William Armstrong room matched the website description, and I especially loved the beautiful bath in the magnificent en-suite. The accommodation was absolutely spotless, and Sandy was a fabulous host. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d stay again and highly recommend it.

Our stay at Sorbitrees was short, but the room and private bathroom were both lovely, clean, and spacious, with great facilities. Sandy took very good care of us and was happy to accommodate our late night out at the Kielder Observatory. The breakfast was faultless too.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived and were greeted at the door. Beforehand, they’d sent us plenty of useful information about the area and finding the property. The facilities and breakfast were top notch. We had a wonderful stay at Sorbietrees B&B and will definitely return.

Sandy, the owner, was so helpful, with directions to the observatory, local information, and suggestions on where to eat. Breakfast was fabulous, with everything you could want. This was a great stay at a lovely B&B just over the English border while we were visiting the Kielder Observatory. Thank you, from Estella and Vince.

We spent two nights here and would definitely come back to Sorbietrees. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed, and Sandy was happy to help with questions about the area and places to visit. Breakfast was second to none, with a big menu chosen the night before and room for small changes on the day. We went to the Keilder Observatory on our second night, but unfortunately cloud meant we didn’t see much. Next time we’ll hope for better weather. This is a real little gem on the outskirts of Newcastleton, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
