Right on the beachfront, with the centre of Newquay only a short walk away, the location was great. I spent three nights at 31 cliff edge and really enjoyed it. The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely be back soon, and would highly recommend it for a peaceful, stylish getaway in Cornwall.

We went to at least six beaches during our March holiday, and the beautiful views from the apartment were a lovely bonus. The location was perfect, the decor felt homely, and the facilities were even better than we expected. We had an amazing time in this stunning apartment and will definitely return.

The beach is just across the road, with everything you need close by. After our four nights at 31 Cliff Edge, we’re already planning another stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations: beautiful, tastefully furnished and immaculately clean. It was lovely and quiet, and all the beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable. Thanks again, Karen, for being a great host. We’re looking forward to coming back.

The owners have thought through every part of this beautiful, practical apartment, and even left basic supplies for us, which was a godsend. It’s super smart, with every need considered, and the location is superb. Contacting the owner was a delight. We’ll be returning!

The apartment felt like a home away from home, and we’d definitely love to return. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay with friends in Newquay. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, and the balcony sea views made our morning coffees and evening drinks extra special. The town centre was an easy walk, and live events during our visit added to the great neighbourly atmosphere.
