Amanda was a lovely host, and there was a great breakfast and a big thermos of tea, thanks Amanda! If you're walking the SWCP, the Trenance crossing of the river Gannell is very handy. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was perfect, all freshly cooked, and the lodge was very homely and extremely clean. Amanda made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Talking to her felt like I'd known her all my life. God willing, I'll be back next year. Ten out of ten.

Frank and I spent a week at Alderberry Lodge with Amanda. With only four rooms, it has a friendly, homely feel, and we got to meet other guests. The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable, and it's a short walk into central Newquay. Breakfast was fresh and absolutely wonderful, and Amanda was happy to help with any request. Thank you for the lovely B&B and your hospitality. We'll highly recommend it and hope to return. Pat n Frank from Yorkshire.

Lovely host, excellent rooms and breakfast, and everything was very clean. It's well placed for both town and the beaches, and there's parking too. Best B&B in Newquay, 11/10.

Clean, comfortable room, tasty breakfast with plenty of choice, and Amanda was a fantastic, welcoming host. Check-in was easy, and the location is great: it's a walk uphill from town, but that saves a taxi fare. Free parking was useful, though getting into the spaces takes a bit of manoeuvring. We'd stay again, thanks!
