Beachcombers Apartments

The balcony had great views, and the area is beautiful. The apartments are gorgeous and very well equipped, so I’d definitely come back for another getaway. My only reason for holding back a star was the poor internet and phone service.

Beachcombers apartment was neat and decent, and we didn’t have much interaction with staff, which honestly didn’t bother us. We had an amazing city break in Cornwall with friends in early June. The water was too cold for me to swim, though I bet it’s beautiful in summer. There are lots of beaches and plenty of enjoyable seafood options. Give the famous Cornish pastries a try 😁 and let me know if you do.

The balcony’s scenic view made a lovely place to sit and unwind, and our apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, so making dinner after a day out at the beach was easy. The beds were cosy, and the facilities were thoughtfully arranged. Beachcombers Apartments is just a stroll from the shore, which made morning walks peaceful and easy. We loved our summer visit and are already looking forward to returning. It’s a peaceful place for a family getaway. 🥰😊

The location is lovely and very close to the beach, and the unit was relatively clean. It was a nice little self-catering place, though the Seaview was only partial and included the backs of some unattractive buildings. We couldn’t get anyone at reception or on the phone for three days when we needed a fan and a parking disc. The Guest Info Book had the number, and the booking agent emailed an internal request, but nothing came of it. Without a fan, the room got uncomfortably hot in the middle of the night during our May/June visit. Some kitchen equipment needed replacing, although we ate out most of the time. Read the Guest booklet when you arrive: on the first night we thought the sleeper couch had no bedding, then found it under the main bedroom bed. Wifi was terrible on day one, but good for the next three days, which mattered because I had to work. Despite the issues, we had a great stay and I’d recommend it.
