We had a superb week in this amazing hotel and I’d highly recommend it. The king room was fabulous, with a wonderful ensuite, distinctive decor and interesting items. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the owners made us feel welcome and were happy to help. It’s on a really quiet street with parking on site, just a few minutes’ walk from town, the beaches and the zoo. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked, and Carol leaves her own baked treats for guests, such a treat.

Carol and Mark made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived for our week-long stay. The food was fresh, especially the delicious homemade bread. We also appreciated the little extras, like a fresh bottle of water in the room and samples of freshly made cakes, all so tasty. I’d definitely recommend staying here. If we come to Cornwall again, this will be our first stop.

Bedlam House has a quirky feel, and the bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. Mark and Carole looked after us really well, and there was an excellent choice at breakfast. It’s close to the beach, and we’ll stay here again.

At Bedlam House, the name gives way to a peaceful, comfortable guesthouse. Carole and Mark looked after us well during a lovely few days, and they’re very nice people. Everywhere is a short walk away, and breakfast was very good. It may also be the safest spot in Newquay to park your supercar. Highly recommend.
