Room 1 was a good size, and breakfast arrived just outside the door, so there was no need to get dressed and join other guests in a dining room. Alison was very welcoming. The beaches are nearby, as are the zoo and aquarium, which are a short walk in opposite directions. I'd stay here again on another visit to Newquay.

The beach and town are close by, with plenty of places to go for dinner. Everything was so clean, and the bedding and towels were lovely. Breakfast comes to your room, with a choice of options. It was a friendly, wonderful place, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much.

I booked at short notice, and Alison, the proprietor, couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is pre-ordered and brought to the room on a trolley, which is a great idea. The place is immaculate and comfortable, about a three-minute walk from the seafront. The car park is small but adequate.

It was a really quiet place to unwind after a busy day in the city. The room was much bigger than I'd expected, cleaned each day, and came with tea and coffee that were topped up every morning. The host was lovely and breakfast was great. It's easy to find, less than five minutes from the main train station and big Asda, and just a couple of minutes from the high street. I'll definitely be back.
