We love the location at Breakers. It's easy to walk to Fistral beach for surfing, as well as to town for cafés, restaurants and pubs. There's also a parking lot just outside, and our room had a lovely sea view. On this, our third stay, the rooms were tidy and clean, the beds comfortable, and the storage space seemed newly added. Another great stay, and Breakers is still our first choice in Newquay!

Sarah and Matt were fantastic hosts, with plenty of knowledge and practical tips about the area. The rooms are modern, well equipped, and have a great en-suite bathroom with a powerful shower. We stayed in one overlooking fistral beach, and waking up to that view was wonderful. There’s lots of parking in front of the property, plus a good play park where children can play safely while you watch from the front terrace. Real value for money in a great location.

We love staying at Breakers and have been here twice now. It's a great price for the location, and we can bring our dogs. Having the park across the road makes it so handy to take them out. This is our go-to place to book when we're planning a trip down.

The website photos don't quite show how nice this guest house really is. Matt and Sarah were great hosts and were there to help make our stay go smoothly. It's ideally located, about a 10 minute walk to town, and being extremely dog friendly was essential for us. We'll definitely stay again.

Breakers Guest House has a lovely vibe and a real Australian feel. There's a cute honesty bar where you can help yourself and note down what you had in the provided notebook. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and town. Matt and Sarah helped us with recommendations on where to go and with drying out our wetsuit. I stayed with my daughter and puppy, and the place was clean and comfortable. Matt adores dogs, so my puppy was happy too. I definitely recommend it.
