The online consultation forms work really well, and the doctors get back to me promptly. It’s reassuring to have such good medical care at Narrowcliff. The receptionists are respectful, polite, and patient, and the doctors are helpful with an old-fashioned bedside manner. I’m very grateful to everyone there.

I was visiting the Newquay area from Scotland when a cancelled flight extended my trip and left me needing an emergency supply of my prescribed medication. Narrowcliff and one of its GPs helped arrange the prescription despite the differences between the NHS systems in Scotland and England. The GP who signed it, whose name I can’t remember, even hand-delivered it to the pharmacy next door during a red weather warning. The practice gave me excellent service. My father was a GP, and even though he’s buried in Devon, I know he would have been very proud.

I came from Stevenage needing a urine test. The receptionist was quick and very helpful, and the service was excellent.

While we were on holiday in Cornwall, one of our children developed an ear problem. We called 111, who arranged Narrowcliff for us. From that first call to seeing the doctor took about two hours. The doctor was lovely, and the wait was average. It was a relief to get seen so easily when we were far from home. Thank you!
