The cooked Scottish breakfast Marlene serves in the conservatory, with its lovely garden view, was a real treat. We stayed at Drem Farmhouse just after New Year, and the grand house has spacious, comfortable rooms. It's also handy for getting to Edinburgh: the station is a two-minute walk away, with trains taking about 30 minutes. The countryside nearby is beautiful too, whether that's what you're coming to explore or you're just visiting the city. Can't wait to return!

A friendly hostess, freshly made breakfast, and clean, comfortable rooms made for a lovely stay. It's a very quiet spot with parking, and trains to Edinburgh Waverley run hourly. Highly recommended.
