They took my payment after I booked through booking.com, then called to say the place needed work and I couldn't stay. They said they'd refund me, but blocked me when I tried to get in touch. I've lost my money. Avoid them, they seem like scammers.

The place was filthy, with stained carpets and a kitchen and bathroom that both needed a deep clean. The front door had been kicked in and never replaced. It clearly hadn't been cleaned, even with the pandemic going on. Absolutely appalling. Avoid.

After I paid for my booking through booking.com, I couldn't reach the hosts because their phone didn't work. They then put me in a WhatsApp group, asked for my ID and bank details through a link, and wanted another £100. It felt like a complete scam. Don't book with them, you could lose your money for nothing.

I called about my booking and the woman who answered was so rude. It's really put me off staying there, and I won't recommend the place.

The apartment was dirty, communication was poor, and customer service was awful. I couldn't stay there, and they wouldn't refund me. Avoid at all costs.
