From booking right through to checkout, the whole stay was first class. The staff gave us a lovely welcome and were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, and nothing was too much trouble. We slept well, though not quite as well as at home, probably because we only stayed one night. The nice pillows and mattress at home may have spoiled us. The satellite TV box lights were very bright, so I covered them with a towel to stop them shining in my eyes while I slept. That solved it.

We booked three nights, but would have stayed longer if we had the time. I called directly and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Jen made us feel welcome right away and was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. She even brought us an ice cream while we sat in the garden. Our King George room was spacious, airy, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the best we've had, with loads of choice. It's well placed for exploring the area and beaches. Best B&B we've stayed in. Would highly recommend! 5*

The room is lovely, relaxing and absolutely spotless. Staying at the Chimneys feels like visiting an old friend, or a family member you used to be close to. Jenny, the lady of the house, is so kind and caring, and truly nothing is too much trouble. She went above and beyond, which I hadn't expected. Her cooking and baking are absolutely delicious, too. Jenny also knows the local places to eat, drink and visit so well. It all makes this a wonderful base while experiencing the beautiful county of Norfolk. I'm still staying here as I write this.

After watching four in a bed, I'm disgusted that Jenny is allowed to run a B&B. She's rude and arrogant, and loves the sound of her own voice. I'll avoid this place and make sure friends and family know to steer clear. What a horrible woman!

We chose this place while walking the Weaver's Way, and the landlady was lovely. She set up the balcony for us to sit and eat our cheese and bread from Waitrose, bringing plates and knives and even some grapes. She also gave us good suggestions for dinner out. After a long day of walking, I really liked relaxing in the bath in our room. I'd definitely stay here again when we're back in the area. Next time I could explore the huge garden, which we didn't get around to this time.
