The staff were lovely and kind throughout, and when my little one lost a toy, the helpful staff arranged to send it back to us in the post after we spoke by phone. Thank you so much! We also enjoyed the food. My room service pepperoni pizza was nicely made, and the chilli con carne was really tasty. Breakfast was good too, with a well laid out dining area and a side table of plastic cutlery that made it easy for the little ones to help themselves. Our room was spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. The hotel was nicely decorated, and the Christmas touches were charming. We had a peaceful, restful night and a wonderful stay.

Getting to the motorway was very convenient, and everyone I dealt with gave wonderful service. The bedroom itself felt more basic and dated than I’d expected. There was no mini fridge in the cupboard, and there was an ironing board but no iron. The bathroom was tired too, with a missing plug, a blocked sink, and orange mould around the shower. The restaurant food was greasy and heavy. Some fresher options for people travelling for work would be welcome.

The Hilton Hotel Northampton was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a welcoming feel from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was great, and the main part of the room was lovely and a nice place to spend time. The bathroom felt tired, though, with cracked tiles and other worn bits. The party food was a little cold and took a while to come out. With those things, especially the bathroom, it would have been five stars. Still, a very good stay.

The team are what keep bringing me back to the Hilton Northampton. I’ve stayed several times, and it’s become my first choice in the area. On this visit, Nicha went out of her way to help with a request and made everything feel easy. I really appreciated that care. The location is convenient, just off Junction 15 of the M1, but the staff are the real standout. Housekeeping, the bar team, and reception have all been warm, professional, and welcoming across my visits. I’ve had no issues over all those stays. The one time I needed to raise something about my room, it was dealt with quickly and professionally, and resolved in under 30 minutes. I can’t praise the staff enough and would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone staying around Northampton. Already looking forward to coming back.
