My company booked me in for a night while I was working away, and I had an amazing stay. Brooke checked me in and was such a bright, happy person. She took incredible care of guests and went above and beyond to help. The room was spacious and very clean, and I slept really well. I’ll ask my company to book me here again. See you next time!

I rarely post reviews, but the way I was treated deserves a mention. A customer service staff member spoke to me aggressively and dismissively when I asked a straightforward question. I was interrupted and made to feel like a nuisance, with no basic courtesy or professionalism. I left feeling irritated and disrespected instead of welcome. The staff member working on Sunday 8/2/26 needs proper customer service training. I don't know his name. This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

The only thing I'd pick at was room 9 feeling a bit chilly, even with the heater turned right up. Apart from that, a great place to stay: the staff are really nice and breakfast is very good. What's not to like?

Breakfast was excellent, and I got a great night's sleep in a really comfy bed. The room was lovely and clean, with a fan as well. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived, and the staff were excellent. I'd definitely recommend it. Room 314.

The bed was great, and the room was very nice. Its bathroom looked recently renovated, one of the best I've seen in a Premier Inn. Parking was easy and free, and the location worked well for the Silverstone festival. I'll stay here again.
