Those crispy bacon and really flavourful sausages made breakfast for me. Lucy got me sorted as soon as I arrived, and the hot food came out while I was enjoying the pastries and continental options. It was cooked exactly how I asked. Sunday breakfast was even better than what I make at home. Thanks to the chef and serving staff, I’ll definitely stay again.

The room was clean, the food was good, and the bath and shower were both a nice size. I also liked being able to screen share on the TV, a real bonus since that feature has been blocked at some other sites. There’s no USB charging socket like at other Premier inns, though. The heating worked well, but the room smelled damp and musty when I arrived. With it at 1°C outside, opening the window for half an hour only made the room colder.

The restaurant was spot on for service, food, and value, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. We had a great stay in a warm, clean, comfortable room. I’d highly recommend the hotel and will definitely use it again.

We picked this place for a show at the Brio Memorial Court. The room was very reasonably priced, and there’s plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast at the restaurant was decent, though they got our order wrong: mine was missing a hash brown, and I ended up with one of my wife's rashes of bacon.

Jenny at reception was a big help when we arrived late with toddlers and a newborn. She arranged the room and two cots, and really went out of her way to make our one night stay easy. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Breakfast is cooked for you rather than letting you choose and serve yourself, which I found annoying, but it came out quickly.
