I've stayed happily at plenty of Premier Inn hotels and don't expect much more than the basics, but the damp and mould here are serious. There was black mould in a room corner, though the photo doesn't show how bad it was, mould on the curtains, and a musty smell. I also saw black mould on the outside of the building. If you have asthma or are immunosuppressed, I'd avoid staying here. The staff were lovely and very friendly, but the building needs major work to sort out the damp.

It's a standard Premier Inn, about a five-minute walk from Norwich Airport, with clean, comfortable rooms. The Brewers Fayre pub next door is much as you'd expect and the service there was friendly. Check-in had a bit of a queue, the WiFi was pretty poor, and my bathroom vent was really noisy, but otherwise I had no real complaints. I'd recommend it if you're flying to or from the airport.

The housekeeping staff were happy to bring anything extra we asked for, and everyone was very nice. Our room was clean, and we got a quiet night's sleep. There's a Tesco store and Macdonald nearby, and Norwich Airport is close too. Thanks!

It's fairly clean and clearly gets a lot of use, but it'd be good to have EV charging on site. There's a McDonald's next door, although its chargers are convenient and very expensive 😞 Premiere Inn really needs to add USB points in the rooms!

We had a great stay and would book here again. The room was tidy and clean, with a kettle and coffee, and checkout time was good. Staff were friendly, paid attention to what we needed, and got us checked in quickly, including sorting out breakfast booking.
