31a Urban Stays

We liked staying in 31a last year, so this time we came back for 31b. Both rooms are modern, very clean and have a calm feel. They're both quiet too, with no traffic noise, and I can't pick a favourite. The hosts are helpful and just a call away. At first we couldn't get the door code to work, then remembered to enter it slowly and wait for the beep before pulling the door open. The cafe downstairs is great for morning coffee and brunch. Love this place, and we'll be back next year.

I've just finished a three-month work secondment in Norwich, and Urban Stays has become my first choice if I need to stay here again. I still remember the “wow” moment when I first walked into 31a. It's beautiful and practical, and I've loved my time there. I've stayed whenever I could book a full week. The decor is lovely and it's comfortable, and the hosts have been really efficient about sorting any problems. A broken kettle was the worst of them. The brownies at check-in are so good that the cafe downstairs must be epic, but unfortunately it shuts too early for me to try it. So long, and thanks for all the brownies!

The place was quiet and comfortable, with beautiful decor and a lovely atmosphere. The host was very welcoming and explained everything clearly. Everything was in order and easy to use. I can't find any fault with my stay, and it's the best place I've ever stayed.

We've booked this apartment several times over the last six months, and we're coming back this week, in two weeks, and again next month. I absolutely adore it. It's exceptionally clean, the interiors are stunning, and the location is perfect for exploring the city, though you don't need to go out at all. Keiron & Lauren are wonderful hosts and always at the end of the phone if you need anything. The food downstairs at Urban Lounge is outstanding too. Another perfect stay and more lovely memories made. Can't wait to come back. See you soon x
