Pottergate Apartments puts you close to the markets, shops, restaurants, and Norwich's historic centre, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. In the mornings we heard church bells and friendly greetings outside, which we didn't mind, though it may not suit everyone. Our apartment was clean and very comfortable, if a little worn. The place is well managed, with staff who are both friendly and quick to respond. It can get warm when the temperature climbs above 25C, as is typical in English housing. Fans are available, and an open window can help when there's a breeze, depending on the apartment's position in the complex. We felt at home here and would highly recommend Pottergate Apartments.

Our apartment was clean and a good size for the family, and picking up the key was straightforward. Google Maps was the snag: it kept trying to send us along Pottergate, which is pedestrian-only except for access. The central location made a great base for exploring Norwich.

We come back regularly for one-week business trips to Norwich, and Apartment 2 is our favorite, especially among the two-bedroom options. It's well priced and has everything we need: a comfortable bed, a decent kitchen and table, a big TV, a spacious living room, and a good bathroom. Just the job.

The staff were brilliant during our two-week stay. Richard deserves a special thank you: when the postie misplaced a parcel, the team helped me track it down, and they were professional and quick to answer emails. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and had most of the essentials. Bring your own scissors, though! It's also really convenient, just a short distance from the centre of Norwich. We had a great time at Pottergate Apartments.
