I was very happy with my six-week stay. The apartments had everything I needed, and the location made it easy to get into the city or travel further out. When I needed to extend twice, Michael handled it easily. He was also on call for concerns and dealt with any problems quickly.

The place was neat and conveniently located for local places and the train station, which made things easier for me. Michael and the rest of the staff were supportive throughout my stay. I had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this B&B, especially to anyone new to Norwich.

The river setting was lovely, and we were close to amenities without being right in the middle of the bustle. Everything was only a short walk away. The rooms were great, with all the utensils we needed to make dinner. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the pillows and duvets. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Michael was professional, helpful, flexible and friendly throughout our stay. We spent several weeks in a suitable apartment in a quaint old house on Colegate, close to the city centre, while we waited for our new house to be ready. I really enjoyed the self-catering stay at Norwich Apartments. We'd use them again if needed, and recommend them to our guests visiting Norwich.

We spent nearly three weeks at Colgate 17, Lodge 5 and had a really nice stay. The apartment was cosy and had the basic facilities we needed. Michael and his team were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond, and communication was clear. The neighbourhood was quiet, with the Castle and Market Place about a ten-minute walk away. There were shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, plus supermarkets, grocery shops and pharmacies for everyday needs. Thanks very much for the hospitality!
