We took our time over Sunday lunch with friends, and nobody rushed us, so we could enjoy a few drinks too. The beef was cooked just right with all the trimmings, and we couldn't resist dessert. You could choose one, two or three courses. The surroundings were beautiful, the welcome was friendly, and the staff looked after us attentively. I'd recommend it.

We had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary and were given a room upgrade. The place is right in the heart of Norwich, and we'd definitely go back. There's a car park tucked around the back, and parking was no trouble.

We only stayed one night, but the room was great, really clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is central and the staff were friendly and gave great service. Fabulous place, would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

A morning walk by the river was a lovely way to start the day, and reading in the warm room during winter was especially pleasant. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is right in the city centre beside the iconic church. Breakfast had a good variety, and the restaurant and front desk staff were very friendly and attentive.

We spent five nights at the Maid’s Head hotel and had a wonderful stay. The staff were charming and helpful everywhere, from reception to the restaurant. There was a WiFi problem in our room when we first arrived, but the team sorted it quickly, followed up, and kept checking that we were happy. Highly recommended.
