The hot tub was clean, private, hot and ready when we arrived, and the pods were warm, comfortable and extremely clean. They’re decorated really nicely, with thoughtful touches like a Christmas tree, dressing gowns, extra cushions and soft throws. There’s a shared games room you can use freely, plus some good pubs and restaurants a short walk away for cosy food and drinks. We had an amazing stay in November and are already checking dates to come back soon.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The fishing was fantastic, and the cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely too. We’ll definitely be back!

The views from Terns pod were beautiful, and the pods are set apart with good cover for privacy, which we really liked. Helen greeted us on arrival, and the hot tub was already heated, with the central heating on and waiting for us. Inside, the pod was well kept, modern but cosy, with warm blankets dotted around. The bed was very comfortable and roomy, the bathroom was a good size, and the shower was lovely. Those big mugs were perfect for a morning brew. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return.

The pod was really clean and comfortable, with the heating already on when we arrived and the hot tub warmed up. My partner and I had one of the better pods, with a view of the lake just outside. The host was kind and welcoming. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’d definitely come back. Would 100% recommend.
