Student Only The Waterways

The Waterways is such a nice place to live. My room is really spacious, and the layout is great, which you don't often get in student accommodation. It's a clean, friendly environment, and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. When I've had an issue with my room, they've dealt with it quickly and professionally. The city centre is only a 12-minute walk away. I can't recommend it enough!

The rooms are a good size for student halls, with enough storage to live comfortably, and the price feels very reasonable given the location and amenities. The staff are approachable and helpful with questions or problems. A shout-out to the really friendly maintenance and security guys. The modern building is new and well looked after, with a gym, cinema room and plenty of places to study or relax. They put on regular activities like crafting nights and freebie days, which are fun. It's just a few minutes from the city centre, around a ten-minute walk to NTU City Campus, and a short bus ride to UON, with a bus stop outside. There are also several grocery shops nearby. I've had a positive year here, and would recommend it to anyone coming to study in Nottingham. 🙂

Since arriving, I've really enjoyed living here as a student. The staff are patient and friendly, and they've fixed my room problems within a day. They've also been helpful with tenancy issues. The facilities get cleaned regularly, and I think the accommodation offers are generous.

I've been here for two years, and the staff have gone above and beyond for me. Their support helped me feel safe and comfortable, which matters when student life can feel lonely and overwhelming. They also ran lots of activities through the year, and I was able to make friends. By far the best accommodation in Nottingham.
