Avoid at all costs. We were rushing to an appointment and didn't photograph every issue, but we refused to stay because there was a broken window and table, an unplugged fire alarm, and marks on the walls. To top it off, the woman asked for £250 to be paid into a private bank account with no protection. Now she won't refund us, even though she's kept the money and nobody has stayed there. An absolute joke.
