Martin gave us a wonderful welcome with tea and homemade cake, made to our rather demanding expectations. We had a lovely comfortable room and an excellent recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was delicious too, with one vegan and one vegetarian meal. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks for a great stay.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Martin made me feel welcome, the room was a good size, and breakfast was fantastic. The house has lots of character, and the garden is beautiful. Thank you!

Martin was a wonderful host and made me feel very welcome at this pretty, comfortable B&B. The garden is huge. I was staying for a smallholding course nearby, and my visit happened to line up with Northlew carnival and the village square bonfire. That was great fun.

The host was so friendly and helpful, and very accommodating when I stayed midweek for one night with my wife and two girls. He made a fantastic cooked breakfast, and his homemade cake was really tasty. I’d certainly recommend staying here.

The rooms felt homely and comfortable, and the tea and terrific cake waiting for us on arrival were very welcome. We had a lovely stay and a wonderful breakfast. The kedgeree was fabulous, just remember to book it before your stay!
