Luke was a star when we had to babysit a 3yrs old for the afternoon. He helped us get what we needed and made the task easier, and he wasn't my son! The staff and management were welcoming, polite, and ready to help throughout. Breakfast had lots of variety, was excellently cooked, and was a very high standard. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a door straight outside, and the showers were hot and powerful. There were plenty of accessories, including soap and shampoo dispensers and warm towels. The stylish interior made this a comfortable, welcoming stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it, and we'll return later in the year. Thanks to all.

We brought our 1 year old son, who needs milk at bedtime and early in the morning, and the staff were helpful whenever I went to the kitchen for it. Reception gave us a very warm welcome and quickly explained the room and breakfast times. The staff service was lovely, and our room was cleaned and made up fresh every day. I really loved staying here.

We were staying locally while our house was being redecorated, and the rooms and stay were great. On a rainy Sunday when we couldn't go anywhere, Luke kept us entertained, so a big shoutout to him. Thanks as well to housekeeping for keeping the rooms perfectly clean and the towels fresh. A great stay all round. Thanks.

Free parking, great decor, and lovely staff made this one of my best hotel experiences. Wayne checked us in and was lovely. You could tell he cared about his job. Our room was clean and comfortable, with enough tea and coffee. I didn't expect a cooked breakfast for such a good price. The sausages weren't to my taste, but the rest was ace. When my baby threw food on the floor, the woman serving breakfast insisted on cleaning it herself as I was trying to do it. I was so pleased with the whole stay, and the value for money was the best. I'll probably choose this place for all my Birmingham trips. Thank you all. x
