We ended up here at the last minute after another place let us down, and we're so glad it worked out. Nat and Gab welcomed us so warmly and were kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They checked availability and found my husband and me a room for three nights. The hotel is beautiful. Nat and Gab have recently taken it over, and you can see the care and effort they're putting into making it even more stunning. We had a wonderful stay and plan to come back to see the improvements they have in mind. Highly recommended. Thanks to Nat, Gab, Lewis and all the staff who make this place so lovely. 🏨

The meals were delicious, and we thoroughly recommend them. The new chef had only just started while we were there. We spent a magical week at Otterburn Castle, a beautiful historic building, and the owners and staff were so helpful and lovely that it felt like staying with old friends.

We stopped in for coffee in the morning and got such a friendly welcome, with generous pots of coffee and delightful shortbread. The castle itself is amazing, especially the oak panelling. Good luck with the new venture.

The food was amazing, and it came from within a 20 mile radius. We spent three days at the Castle, where the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help with everything. Special thanks to Lewis and Taya.

Getting to my room felt like stepping into a fairytale, from the drive up to the front door. Nat and Gabe are so friendly and helpful, and you can tell they're putting their whole heart into the place. 12/10!
