We had such a great evening, and the place looked fresh and was really clean. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and we even had a great game of darts. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxed evening, whether you fancy pool or darts. Thanks for being such lovely hosts. Hope to visit again soon.

We called ahead and left a message, but nobody got back to us. The website lists a full menu, yet they don't serve food. A complete waste of time!

The lamb burger and chips were cooked just right, and the meal was great value. Too often something's off with a simple dish like that, but not here. The menu online showed more than what was available at lunchtime, so perhaps it was limited then. Even with just two staff, one in the kitchen and one handling everything else, the food came quickly and there was plenty to eat. We were seated and served without a long wait, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The gin of the day was delicious, and the cider and lemonade were nicely balanced.

We had a fantastic dinner here. My partner chose the slow-cooked lamb, and I went for the sea bass special. Both portions were generous and really tasty, and the service was friendly and efficient. If we lived in Ottery St Mary, we'd be regulars!

My wife and I come here often, and the staff have always been helpful and friendly. The food is good and worth the price. There's a private dining area where a small group or even one person can eat away from the noisy atmosphere. If you're after something more active, there's indoor skittles and a dance area too. A hidden gem people should discover.
