Breakfast was excellent, cooked beautifully and still done really well when we came down later. Sue was a star, getting boiled eggs for my wife and chatting with guests in a friendly, professional way. Akash welcomed us at reception, and was professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to accommodate us in a beautiful room. We stayed one night and it was perfect. The location is ideal for Oxford, the price is great, and the food is great too. For a quick break, it's got all you need without breaking the bank. We usually spend more, but this stay showed us we don't have to. We'll use the hotel again.

The hotel is brilliantly placed, just a three-minute walk from Peartree P&R, and we had such a lovely weekend. On our first evening we ate in the restaurant, where the food was delicious, well above the usual hotel fodder. The place was buzzing with an early Burns Night celebration, and we were invited to watch the address to the haggis and have a taste. The GM is a complete star who clearly values his brilliant team. I've never felt so positive about a chain hotel. Every member of the team gave outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you all.

Georgi welcomed us as if we were coming home! Greetings to him, and may Bulgaria live! This was the best hotel I've stayed at in the UK. Everything was perfect, from how clean it was to the room size and the comfort of the bed.

I had a fantastic weekend stay starting March 6th, 2026, and Anda and Bulbul welcomed me with such warmth and friendly vibes that I booked an extra night right away. My room was spacious, warm, well equipped, and completely spotless. I skipped the cleaning service to support their eco policy and get a couple more hours in my dream of a Queen size bed. Breakfast was great, with a huge choice of cooked and continental options each day. I enjoyed a bit of everything. They were happy for me to take cold meats, freshly baked breads, fruit, and juice to my room for lunch, and I kept it all in my fridge. The bathroom layout and design were actually better than at the Hilton hotel where I stayed at Christmas. The room was well lit, had a 60" TV, adequate heating, air conditioning, lots of towels, and extra luxury pillows. I didn't use the fitness room, but it looked spacious and had state-of-the-art machines. The restaurant menu had a good range of British dishes made with fresh ingredients. They easily accommodated personal adjustments without any issue. I'll happily stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff and management for a memorable experience ❤️
