We had a comfortable one-night stay in September 2025. We arrived two hours before check-in, but the owner, Mr. Anthony, accommodated us right away. Breakfast choices were limited, though just about adequate.

There's a little shopping strip right next door, so it was easy to get whatever we needed. The location is great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast area is really cute, with hot food in the morning. It felt like staying at a friend's house. We were very lucky to stay here. Thank you so much for the hospitality 💛

They cancelled my booking at very short notice and gave no reason. I suspect it may have been greedy overbooking, but I can't say for sure. Only after the cancellation did I read other reviews and see that this had happened before. I strongly recommend not even considering this place. If you want to stress yourself out and make your trip a nightmare, go for it.

The service was excellent, and breakfast was tasty and filling. All the basic amenities were there. It's a great place to stay in Oxford, close to the centre on a main road with a bus line.

We stayed one night with my husband and our two kids, a five-month-old baby and a two-year-old. The customer service was very good, and they set up a cot in the room for the baby, which was really convenient. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was included and very good. The location is good too: it's about 10-15 minutes by bus to the town centre. That's a little far for a town this size, but it's still easy to get there, and there are good restaurants and pubs nearby.
