The Store

Varun at the bar made the place memorable for me. He was warm and welcoming from the start, easy to talk to, and friendly without hovering. His recommendations were great, and he clearly knows his stuff. He was attentive and kind all evening, and made me feel well looked after. Thanks for the lovely service. I'll be back! The rooms at The Store in Oxford are gorgeous and comfortable, and the terrace view is lovely. Despite being right in the centre, there wasn't any noise bothering us. The bathroom products smelled lovely, and the free minibar was a nice extra.

The rooftop bar is spectacular, and Nicole, the bartender, was especially friendly and kind. The staff were always polite and informative during my six-night stay. My room was delightful, comfortable, and stocked with what I needed: plush towels, thick bathrobes, and good-quality bathroom products. The bed was very comfortable, and even the pillows were just the right thickness.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the location couldn't be better. You can walk pretty much anywhere you might want to go, and the buses are right outside if needed. We had a standard room, which was small but very well equipped, with lots of amenities. Everything was crisp, clean, and working properly. The decor is distinctly modern, but the room was very comfortable. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

We visited the restaurant with my wife, young daughter, dad, and mom during the Christmas period. The food and service were excellent, and the staff were especially attentive with our daughter, who was a bit restless that day. After driving half an hour home, my dad realized he'd accidentally left his wallet behind. We called, and the restaurant had promptly found it and kept it safe for collection the next day. The staff handled the whole situation very professionally. Highly recommend.
