Being right in the center of Oxford made it easy to head out and explore the city. The hotel suits its location well. The rooms feel more like somewhere to study, but they’re clean and have a good bed. The bathroom is on the small side, though the shower is nice.

A great spot and reasonably priced. My single en-suite room had a comfortable bed and a desk, and I’d happily stay again. Finding the room may be tricky, so staff help carrying your things would have been welcome. The stairs are narrow, which makes luggage awkward to carry, but aside from that it was ideal.

I had a really good stay. The location was great, the room had everything I needed, and the staff were welcoming. James was especially helpful and went above and beyond. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Oxford.

The location is great and the room itself is perfect, but the mattress is so old that the springs are almost popping up. We asked reception for a replacement and were told they didn’t have one.

For £50, my single room with a shared bathroom was amazing value. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and in a brilliant location. The staff were welcoming, and I ended up having the bathroom to myself anyway. There was a sink in the room too. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone I know.
