We've treated this as our second home for years. This year, the new owners of the Inn on the green made things awkward for both guests and owners by fencing off the parking space. Cars then ended up on the pavements, leaving people to walk in the road. The two hotels they've recently built should never have been allowed.

Being close to the beach and local attractions made it easy to enjoy Paignton during our family break, and the dedicated parking space was a real help in such a central spot. The customer service was friendly and prompt whenever we had questions. There was plenty of space for our family of five, with comfortable living and sleeping areas, and the heated pool was a treat whatever the weather. The apartment was generally clean, though some spots beneath the sofas could have done with more attention. We had a peaceful, enjoyable stay at 57 New Esplanade Court and would recommend it for a comfortable family holiday. We look forward to visiting Paignton again.

There was loads of room for me, my partner and our three children, including space for the travel cot without it getting in the way. The apartment was much bigger than it looked in the photos, and everything was clean and felt good quality. We had empty cupboards and drawers for our clothes, and the beds were really comfortable. It was warm and quiet, with everything we needed for the week and more. The seafront is close, with a park just across the road and lots to do. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed in number 7 this time and would happily book it again. The place was lovely and clean, and we practically had the swimming pool to ourselves. It's right on the seafront, across from the park and pier.

The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing seven days. It's a great base for seeing the local area, with Torquay only minutes away by car or about a 40-minute walk. The pool was meant to be heated, but it wasn't, and the sea felt warmer. Still, it's an ideal place to stay and we'd highly recommend it.
