The hosts were very friendly, and breakfast had lots of choices with lovely food. The room was very clean and comfortable, with soft towels, lovely bedding, and a really good shower. The toiletries were very nice too. It’s ideally placed for visiting lots of places: a five-minute walk to the train and bus stations, three minutes to the seafront, and three minutes to shops and cafes.

We had an enjoyable stay in this nicely located hotel. The hosts were lovely, the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, and breakfast was nice. Thank you.

We parked the car and got around by boat trips and railway. We didn’t use the bus, though it ran regularly to different places. The harbour, railway and bus station are a five-minute walk from Paignton court, and the location was perfect for us. Our room was spacious and very clean, as was the whole place. Breakfast had plenty of choices for everyone, and we never felt rushed. Paul and Hayley’s attention to detail was 10/10. They were easy to talk to, gave us helpful information about the area, and joining us for a drink at the bar in the evening was a nice touch. It was our first stay, and we’ve already booked for next year. Thank you, Paul and Hayley. Marie & Bill

The owners were so nice and welcoming that I’d recommend the place to friends, family, or anyone who asks. Breakfast was excellent, with a big choice of cooked food. The bar opens at 3pm, with bar snacks available until 7pm. Our room was clean and well laid out. We had a small double, which was a little small for us, but we were offered a larger room and will take it on our next visit.

There are several breakfast choices, including omelettes, and the service was excellent throughout. We got free parking and found a handy shortcut into the town centre just metres away. Great value for money and a top place to stay.
