We only stayed one night, but were lucky to get the family room for just the two of us. The house feels light, airy, fresh, and has been done up really well. Beds were very comfy, and breakfast was gorgeous. Joanne was a lovely host. Just make sure you plan your parking. It’s well worth staying.

Joanne was so welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I took my Mum to this lovely guest house, where we found clean, bright rooms with lovely decor and a tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Mum and I especially liked the fresh fruit. It’s in a quiet spot right by the beach, with the town centre a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Joanne is lovely and always happy to help. The thoughtful little extras in the room, like bottled water, tea, and coffee, made our stay feel special. It’s a little gem and I’d recommend anyone stay here.

Joanne goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and enjoy your stay. The little touches she adds are lovely. Rooms are spacious and very clean, and breakfast is well worth having. The fry-up is spot on, plus there’s cereal, fruit, yoghurt, and plenty of tea and coffee. The beach and pier are about two minutes away, and the town centre around five. Definitely recommend this place 👌

Joanne gave us such a friendly welcome and was helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and tidy, and breakfast was filling with lots to choose from. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return.
