You can walk to the ocean in under a minute, and the location has loads nearby: the beach, cliffs, hills, shops, an indoor swimming pool, caves and the EDEN PROJECT. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it and gives you everything. The rooms are great, just a little small. There were lots of complimentary things, including cups, silverware, cooking ware, ice, pillows and blankets, plus a TV. Great service too. I’d come back.

The location is perfect, and the dogs love the long grassy dunes and sandy beach. Our caravan is beautiful, warm and cosy, just right for relaxing after chilly beach walks. The kids are happy with the walks too. We haven’t tried the pool yet, but everything’s been 5* so far xx

We had a great four-night stay in a silver pet-friendly caravan. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the guy at the cafe was brilliant. The food was just what we needed after driving from Kent. We got out and saw loads. The park and beach were fab, and the park was quiet. The pool is small, with a limit of 14 at this time of year, but that was fine. The steam room was lovely. Definitely recommend!

We expected the caravan to be small for three of us, and it was, but it was clean and tidy with everything we needed, including an oven and microwave. Good price and location, only 10 minutes from st austell.

The caravan was beautiful, and the beach is close. In a little village, there’s a coop and a few other shops, cafes and pubs, literally a 10-minute walk away. The on-site amenities are limited, though there’s a pool, sauna and kids’ playground. Plenty of walks for dogs, and both the caravan and nearby beaches are dog friendly.
