Phoebe made our last visit especially nice. She moved us to a table outside so we could enjoy the sun, then brought our coffees out. I’ve been in a few times lately for brunch or just coffee, and each visit has been relaxed, with lovely food and great service. Definitely recommend.

The room was on the small side, which was the only downside. Otherwise, the hotel was fabulous: very clean, with lovely staff and excellent food. It was great being able to use the pool at the Peebles Hydro.

Debbie from housekeeping kept our room tip-top, and the location was brilliant. We ate well, especially the porridge, and the Sunday roast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at The Park hotel and would stay there again if we return to Peebles.

The rump I ordered at brunch was delicious, and Laura talked us through the menu without any fuss. She also found us a lovely window table in the spacious, relaxing Tryst Area on a sunny Sunday. Thanks to Laura and the team for a great time. I’d definitely go back.

The room could have used some extra cleaning. There was a wad of hair in the bath plughole, so it wouldn’t seal properly, and the duvet had lots of stains. The location is perfect, the staff are friendly and attentive, and breakfast was good. There’s also a big free car park with an EV charger. A little more care with cleaning and this place would be perfect.
