The views over the village were lovely, and Herdwick Inn made the setting feel especially welcoming. Inside, there was loads of room, a big living room, a well-equipped kitchen with space to eat, and comfortable beds. Clean and charming, with that English feel we’d hoped for, without being cramped. We loved staying here.

There was loads of space to relax, and the kitchen was big. The rooms were lovely too, and everything was really well looked after. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely recommend it.
