The location was nice, but the cottage interior felt very worn. The heating didn't work, we got strange insect bites, and there were lots of small issues, including wobbly furniture and broken crockery. This could be a great cottage with a day's deep clean and a few minor repairs, plus about £100 spent at B&M Bargains.

I love Anglesey and Buck Cottage. It's such a quirky, warm and comforting place, and it was spotlessly clean again last week. Vera was friendly and helpful as always. I could have stayed another week, but had to get home to my Partner, who loves Buck too. I can't praise the cottage highly enough.

We'd come back for another break. The Cottage was lovely, though the Wi-Fi kept dropping out and got really frustrating, so I couldn't give it 5 stars.
