Parking was the only small drawback: it’s on the street, which can get busy with lots of cars, though it didn’t have much effect on our stay. Duporth Guest House was extremely clean, cosy, comfortable and welcoming, with lovely hosts who made us feel at home. The beds were very comfortable, and we liked being able to have a varied breakfast at our own pace in the kitchenette area. A truly lovely stay in Penzance, and we’d happily return.

The apartment was lovely, and our daughter had her own space. We slept well in the comfortable bed, enjoyed the sea view and could watch the tennis players. It was nice having a kitchen area, and the walk to the seafront was pleasant. We liked frazers chip shop and had Chinese at China garden on our last night, well worth the walk. We only saw our host once, but he was a nice man and easy to contact if needed.

A clean, bright room with tea, coffee and cereal with milk provided. The location is great too, close to the coast and Lidl. We’d definitely stay again when we next come to Penzance.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely two-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, and it was great to have breakfast cereal, milk and jam supplied. The host was easy to contact, and there’s a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit difficult, as it often is in the UK, but we found a space on the main road. We’d definitely stay again.

The family room was much better than I expected for our one-night stay. It had one double and two single beds, and was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom and TV. Breakfast was ready in the morning. The place was peaceful and cosy, just a short walk from the sea, making it ideal for a relaxing family break. We’d definitely return. BIG SHOUTOUT TO STEPHEN
