The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and tastefully done. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it's an easy walk from the trains. We visited at the end of September and it was still beautiful. I imagine it would be a lovely summer spot for getting away from it all.

Our room had a lovely sea view, and breakfast was delicious. The heated pool was a real highlight for our daughter. We booked at the last minute the night before and were met with so much kindness and efficiency. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout, and the staff really went above and beyond. Thanks for making our quick break so special!

The room was spacious, very clean, and had a super comfortable bed and a big TV. I thought the TVs were smart, but the one in my room wasn't. My colleagues had another room and theirs was a smart TV. There were tea and coffee facilities, snacks and water too. We were in Penzance for work and found the price very reasonable, with a choice of dinner or breakfast included. We picked breakfast and were glad we did. It was amazing, a small serving but just the right amount, with cold options, tea, coffee, juice, and toast. Lovely ocean views, and the pool looks like it would be great in summer. All in all, a very nice place to stay! October 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved sitting with a book and that lovely view. My room was huge, with a sea view and its own sofa, and it was cleaned every day. The bed was really comfortable too. I stayed here for a work trip, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't rate it highly enough.

My room was spacious, with lovely views over the town and sea, and the hotel was a great place to unwind in Penzance. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The hot plate option made getting up early worthwhile. It's also just a short walk from the train station, so a taxi or bus is easy to catch if you need one.
