Mount View Hotel B&B

I'm back for visit number six, and still find this place great value for money. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and the location suits me well when I'm here with my two dogs. I stay in the rear accommodation, and they've always made me feel welcome. There's a good vibe in the hotel bar. It's easy to get around by bus or train, with Penzance station just a short distance away. There's plenty of interesting places to visit while you're staying. This is my fifth visit to the Mount, and no doubt it won't be my last 🤞

Thanks to the lady who signed me in and then made me a wonderful full English breakfast. You were so kind and welcoming. I wish I'd been able to afford a second night. I overheard you talking with your colleague and hope things get better for you with time. Merry Christmas.

Doreen, the owner, is amazing, and I love chatting with the staff when I stay here. I slept well in the comfortable room. Breakfast is a full English with lots of extras, including a range of teas and coffees. There's parking at the hotel, but remember to register your car. You can order lunch too, at a very reasonable price, as long as you let her know in the morning. There's also a pub on the main floor. I loved this place, and Cornwall and Penzance are amazing to visit. I look forward to coming back.

It had that proper seaside B&B feel, and the location was great. We got a lovely breakfast for very good value, and the woman who runs the place was friendly and really helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
