Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The hosts were very friendly and communication was excellent. The room was nicely decorated, clean and a decent size, with thoughtful extras like tea, coffee and biscuits. Street parking was a bit busy, but after circling we found a space. The location suited our needs well. Definitely recommend.

Richard and Sarah were gracious hosts, and the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer. The guest house is just down the street from the shoreline, and our room was nicely appointed and quite satisfactory. The breakfasts were amazing. I think the poached eggs I had were the best I've ever had, and Richard is quite the chef. Sarah's banana bread was excellent too. Highly recommended!

Richard and Sarah were friendly and personable hosts who made the place feel welcoming. Breakfast was phenomenal. The guest house was clean and comfortable, close to the water and within walking distance of town. It was exactly what we wanted, and we'll definitely return.

We'd stay at The Pendennis Guest House again. The owners were friendly and polite, and the location is close enough to walk into Penzance town in about 10 minutes. Our room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had, with a great choice of food and drinks. The stay met all our expectations.

The price was very reasonable, so I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area. It's a good location in Penzance, with nice, well-equipped rooms and a lovely breakfast. I especially appreciated having a fridge and fresh milk in the room.
