We stayed for a week in July 2020. It’s ideal for a couple with a dog or two wanting to explore the far southwest of Cornwall. The cottage or barn conversion is lovely, clean and fresh, well stocked with everything you’d need, and has fantastic views of the sea and Cape corwall lookout. I’d read some very negative TripAdvisor reviews and was a little worried before we arrived, but I find it hard to believe they’re about the same property. It is small and fairly remote, as expected. The country lane to the property can be a bit difficult with oncoming cars, but that’s what you get with Cornwall lanes. There’s ample parking, and we were driving a large 4x4. I gave it four stars instead of five because of the outdoor layout and the shared access for the other holiday cottage behind, which means privacy isn’t 100%. There’s also little bedroom storage, just one small wardrobe and a tiny chest of drawers.
