The host was very helpful before we arrived, checking that we’d have what we needed for a family ranging from the very old to the very young. The house is in lovely countryside, with easy access to lots of beautiful places and beaches. It’s a beautiful holiday home, furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything. The kitchen was especially well stocked for family meals, and a lot of thought has gone into comfort. We’ll be back!

Ros Vale was just right for celebrating Dad’s 80th. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped, with good access for the older members of our group. Even with mixed weather through the week, we enjoyed the patio and gardens on most days. We also found a brilliant woman from Helston, Dawn's Edible Delights, who made a delicious birthday cake and even delivered it to the property.

I left two days early because I was so unhappy with the bed. Look at the photos I took today. I’m sure 99% of people in the UK have a better bed at home. It’s a frame with two pieces of MDF, and it rocks like a seesaw. We’re from Cornwall and can deal with bad weather, but not a bad bed. Avoid this place if you can.
