Alexander Residence

We stayed in the Ericht suite and were surprised by how spacious it was. The regal decor made the apartment feel so luxurious, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. There were beautiful views from the living room, kitchen, and single bedroom. We even spotted a hot air balloon over the park that morning. The sound system throughout was fantastic, and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. I also loved the White Company bath products and want to buy them for home. Huge thanks to Hannah, who patiently helped with all my questions and the booking by email. We highly recommend it.

Hannah and the team were so helpful with every request, and we had a relaxed, enjoyable stay in a great location. The Barossa and Ericht apartments are both beautiful, each with its own feel. Everyone in our group was impressed, especially by the luxurious, striking decor in Barossa. I'd recommend the place to anyone. If we're back in Perth, we'll book again. Thank you!

Our booking for Alexander Residence had to be changed, and we haven't stayed there yet, but the bookings team have been superb. They've replied promptly, shown concern for what we were dealing with, and worked hard to find a solution. I've dealt with plenty of holiday letting companies, and this team gave first-class service. We're looking forward to visiting Perth. If the apartment is as good as the service so far, we won't be disappointed.

The apartment is beside the park and only a short walk from town, making it a great base for Perth and exploring beautiful Perthshire. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped, with good-sized rooms and a well-planned layout. The kitchen was excellently furnished, and there was a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, along with TVs and Sonos in every room. I really couldn't fault my stay.
