I've stayed at hundreds of B&Bs around the world, and this is one of the best. Breakfast was first class, the welcome was warm and friendly, and the price wasn't bad either. Everything was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, especially the proper sprung mattress and base instead of the solid boxes you find in so many places. If Perth has a best B&B competition, they should win it!

The people here looked after us so well and made the guest house feel welcoming and homely. They went above and beyond, even giving us a lift to the bus stop. We had a lovely cooked breakfast, and I'd come back to Scotland just to stay here again.

We spent four nights here and felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The owners, Wilma and Bob, always had time for a wee chat, as did the wee lady who brought our breakfast each morning. Sorry, I'm terrible with names! Our room was nice and clean, with little bits and bobs to make us comfortable. I could go on, but suffice to say we'd definitely stay again. Jackie

The guesthouse is incredibly beautiful, and both the rooms and the rest of the house are stylishly furnished and very clean. It's in a quiet spot, with the city centre an easy walk away.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the room had everything we could need. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming, too. A lovely B&B close to the town centre. We’d definitely stay again, thanks for a great visit.
