Anna, the team leader, was especially helpful and kept checking that we had what we needed from arrival through checkout. The room was cosy, clean and just right for a short visit, and breakfast had a decent choice for the price. Everything seemed well cared for, and we found the stay comfortable and good value. A sensible option when visiting Perth.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, honestly the best service I've had in ages. It was my first stay at a Holiday Inn and I came away impressed. The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Really happy with this hotel!

Breakfast had a good buffet with plenty to suit everyone, and the pub next door was well worth trying for dinner. We were just stopping overnight on our way to Inverness. The reception team were lovely and helpful, and the room had a big, comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean too, with nice hot water.

The hotel is really comfortable and the staff are friendly, though getting there on foot from the centre is a bit of a trek. I was surprised by how many dogs were staying overnight, and hope they have specific dog-friendly rooms. The only real annoyance was paying for food: the till wouldn't let my friend and me split the bill, and cash wasn't accepted either.

The staff were a real plus, attentive and good at their jobs. The restaurant next door is convenient and the food was okay. It's a cheap, basic place that works for a night with kids, and handy for Pitlochry's Enchanted Forest, about half an hour away by car. There were a few things that put me off, though. The pillows were awful and there weren't any spares in the room. The shower screen had black mould around its edges and needs replacing. Breakfast had a good range, but the plates, bowls and glasses all felt poorly washed. I was also disappointed that there were no sanitary products in the women's toilet.
