The Barclay Apartment

The location made it easy to get everywhere, right in the centre and close to everything. We stayed for two nights and loved how clean, modern and tastefully decorated the apartment was. The kitchen was pristine and fully equipped if you wanted to cook, and having Netflix on the TV was a nice extra for evenings. The rainfall shower was amazing, and the spa room made the stay even more relaxing. It had everything needed for a comfortable visit, and felt like a home away from home. We couldn't fault anything and would absolutely stay again.

Every room in The Barclay Apartment was fabulous, with beautiful artwork, and the place was spotless. It had everything we needed and more. It's easily the best apartment we've ever stayed in, and we'll definitely be back.

I booked this apartment directly with the owner a few weeks ago for a May stay. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. Today I got an email saying the booking had been cancelled, even though I hadn't cancelled it. I called and was passed between three different phone numbers before being told that several booking systems hadn't synced, which caused my cancellation. Lawrence, the owner, wasn't available, and nobody offered help or advice about alternatives in the area. I hope they handle things better as a bathroom company.

The decor was beautiful, the place felt absolutely luxurious, and even the plumbing was exceptional. The staff were courteous and helpful. It’s the nicest place we’ve ever stayed, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Lawrence and co. Xxx
