The host makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Breakfast was amazing, with lovely ingredients and the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. The portions are huge, so you won’t leave hungry. The place feels warm, comfy and homely, and I loved finding crisps, water and biscuits in the room each day. I’d highly recommend it! Suzi fae da Shetland

I come to Perth regularly and stay here every time. The owner is really friendly, breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and the WiFi works. Hard to ask for more.

A warm, cosy room and a nice hot shower. The host was friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a good selection. Finding chocolate biscuits on the tea tray was a yummy surprise.
